Technical & Construction Plan

30 × 400 kW skid-mounted gas gensets, replicated to scale

Phase 1 delivers 10 MW; Phase 2 replicates the same module to add +40 MW for a planned 50 MW total.

Generation

30 × 400 kW skid-mounted natural-gas generator sets — 12 MW nameplate, 10 MW continuous COP — deployed wellhead-adjacent for off-grid self-supply.

Emissions control

SCR/DOC emissions control on the generation fleet, delivered alongside cleared government EA, noise assessment and emissions compliance.

Electrical distribution

Switchgear and transformers for medium-voltage power distribution from the genset array into the compute halls.

Halls, cooling & fiber

Containerized air cooling or immersion cooling in modular compute halls, with Alberta SuperNet fiber access for connectivity.

Construction flow

    Municipal building permit & land reclassification → EA / noise / emissions compliance

  3. Step 3

    Site civil & electrical works → genset transport, install & power connection

  4. Step 4

    Data-center operations (ERP production safety, EMS emergency shutdown) → waste-heat recovery for green cultivation

Delivery cadence (equipment): after down payment and finalization, the first shipment begins in ~3 weeks, shipping weekly, with Phase 1 equipment delivered within ~4 weeks.

Implementation Roadmap

Four staged milestones

  • Stage 1 — Government approval and land acquisition / lease, land reclassification.
  • Stage 2 — Phase 1 10 MW build and production, with mining as base-load cash flow.
  • Stage 3 — Expand to 50 MW in Phase 2; acquire gas supply to optimize cost; waste-heat circulation for green cultivation.
  • Stage 4 (optional) — Land AI-compute offtake and RWA asset tokenization.
